Their client base was growing, and they needed to make sure their brand strategy was comprehensive and informed.
How I Helped
What I did
Define the brand: I conducted workshops with product owners and stakeholders to revise and establish Prosodica's official mission, vision, and values statement.
Design the brand: I helped establish the company's brand words, archetype, voice guide, and tone. Collaborating with the design team, we created Prosodica's first brand book.
Develop business strategy: I completed competitor analysis that garnered insights which I presented to project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to align on a content marketing plan that consisted of S.M.A.R.T. goals for social media engagement.
