The Challenge
Prosodica provides an enterprise-grade voice and speech analytics engine that businesses use to gain deep insights into customer experiences, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
When a Prosodica user encountered a 404 error, they were met with a page that was not on brand and created a negative user experience.
How I Helped
What I did
I created an inventory of existing error messaging throughout the application to check for and ensure consistency across copy. Collaborating with the designer, I proposed copy that aligned with Prosodica's brand voice and provided the user with both a reason and guidance to get back on track.

The Challenge
Prosodica's admin portal page lacked essential task completion guidance and failed to provide clear error messaging for issue resolution, resulting in a notable surge in customer service inquiries.
The team wanted to improve/add copy so that existing and new users could successfully and intuitively complete tasks and navigate the page.
How I Helped
What I did
I created user work flows/stories to better understand how a user can interact with this page, and I discussed the value and benefits of in-app help text with stakeholders so that we aligned on goals.
I crafted microcopy with the goal of making the page self-service, so users can complete intended workflows with confidence.
